Is
Urea Slow Releasing?
No,
urea is very soluble and dissolves even faster than AN.
Urea is one of the most natural sources of nitrogen available
for use as a fertiliser, produced chemically by combining ammonia
and carbon dioxide. When applied to the soil, urea is converted to
ammonia carbonate and the bacteria in the soil convert the ammonia
to nitrate - nitrogen.
