Following the announcement that farmers, growers and buyers are required to provide photo ID when purchasing Ammonium Nitrate with a nitrogen content of
16%, a compounds, blends and mixtures containing these products above the specified threshold, e.g. a NPK fertiliser containing ammonium nitrate would be in scope if the ammonium nitrate contained 16% or above nitrogen content.
